Guna AI provides digital business enablement services including sales funnel design, online course setup, membership site creation, email automation, WhatsApp marketing, webinar funnels, and affiliate program setup — all delivered digitally through the FlexiFunnels platform. No physical products are sold.
3. Payments
All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR). A 50% advance is required before project commencement. Balance is due on delivery. GST applicable as per Indian law. Accepted: Cashfree, UPI, bank transfer, and other agreed payment methods.
4. Project Scope
Scope is defined in the project proposal before work begins. Changes beyond agreed scope are billed separately with prior written approval.
5. Intellectual Property
On full payment, clients own all custom-built funnels, pages, and systems created for their project. Guna AI's templates and methodologies remain its property.
6. Confidentiality
All client data and business information is treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party.
7. Limitation of Liability
Total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific project. Guna AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or third-party platform outages.
8. Warranty
A 14-day bug-fix warranty is included with every project.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 7 days' written notice. Advance payments are non-refundable after work commences.

3. Client-Initiated Cancellation
- Within 48 hours before work starts: Full refund less 5% processing fee
- Within first 7 working days: Up to 50% refund based on work completed
- After 7 working days: Advance is non-refundable
- Final balance (50%): Only due on successful delivery
4. Cancellation by Guna AI
Full refund of all payments processed within 7 business days. All partial work handed over to client.
5. Defective Deliverables
14-day bug-fix warranty included. If unresolved after two attempts, partial or full refund may be issued based on severity and work delivered.
6. Monthly Plans
Cancel anytime with 15 days' notice before next billing date. No refund for current billing month once cycle starts.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds processed within 7–10 business days to original payment method.
